What will the Bookkeeper role involve?

• Managing bookkeeping for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
• Assisting with basic accounts preparation
• Providing payroll cover when needed
• Supporting clients with queries and financial reporting
• Working closely with accountants and tax professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper Vacancy:

• Experience in a similar bookkeeping role within an accountancy practice ideally
• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• AAT qualified or QBE (qualified by experience)
