CMA Recruitment Group was established in Southampton in 1980 and over the subsequent 44 years has built a reputation for its open and honest approach, working collaboratively and in the best interests of our clients and candidates.
The business was founded by our Chairman Peter Clarke and has grown into a team of 45 with offices in Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Guildford as well as Southampton. CMA is now the South’s leading independent Accountancy & Finance, Executive and HR recruitment consultancy.
