Our client is a rapidly growing and ever changing organisation which currently has as exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join them in a key role at their head offices in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of payroll for all of the Group's entities, which will amount to approximately 400 staff, being the first point of contact for any payroll queries and ensuring the team are well informed on any changes to policies, procedures, legislation and HMRC updates. This is an all-encompassing role in which you will also have the opportunity to make improvements in how things are done, bringing in new ideas to make them more efficient and introducing any new procedures which helps the wider organisation.
Ideally CIPP qualified or equivalent, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional with up to date knowledge of payroll and tax legislation and the ability to work across all levels of the organisation. This is a full time role in which you will also have the opportunity to get involved in other projects, although part-time hours could also be considered.
