Purchase Ledger Clerk
CMA Recruitment Group are working with a growing SME based in Chichester, Hampshire to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a period of maternity cover.
Key responsibilities will include:
oMatching purchase invoices to purchase orders;
oChecking purchase orders and following up on any discrepancies;
oEnsure all purchase orders are raised and authorised promptly;
oPreparing pay runs for review on a weekly basis for expenses and larger payment runs on a monthly basis;
oGaining authorisation through the system;
We are looking for a self-starter who has strong Excel skills who is immediately available or on short notice.
