Role: Day-to-day responsibility for CMA's operations and to give guidance, direction and support to CMA's management team.
About: Since joining the business in 2002, Neil has held recruitment, management and group remits, the latter resulting in his appointment to the Board in January 2010. He currently lives just outside of Chichester with his family and is a Governor at the local school.
Interests: Mountain biking, paddle boarding, bouldering and armchair sports fan.
