About: Growing up by the sea in Cornwall, Carol later moved to Wiltshire and completed a Business Administration Course before securing a role in a solicitors. The pull of the sun and sea proved too much, and she spent some time travelling around Greece, before joining a global recruitment agency, recruiting at all levels within accounting and finance and also managed sizeable teams. Joining CMA in 2022, Carol’s consultative approach matches the company ethos perfectly and she is enjoying building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Living on the outskirts of Salisbury, with her husband and 4 children, Carol can often be found attending her son’s gigs, who is a drummer in a successful local band.
