About: A BSc Business Economics graduate, Hayley has experience as a Recruitment Consultant, in-house recruiter and in generalist HR roles. Having previously run her own business, her role at CMA combines her prior experience perfectly. Hayley is responsible for all internal recruitment, training and talent management at CMA, ensuring all Consultants are receiving continued professional development. Hayley also drives the diversity & inclusion agenda for the business. She joined CMA in 2022 and lives locally in Chandler's Ford with her three boys.
